After we have received your online loan application, have thoroughly reviewed your credit report, and had a telephone conversation with you about our findings - we would like you to please collect the following documents and send them to us so we can complete the entire loan underwriting process.
Please review the lists below and send as many of the documents as you can locate to:

IF YOU ARE SALARIED OR RETIRED -
- Our online Internet loan application initialed and signed by borrower and co-borrower, if applicable
- Copy of PAY STUBS for past one month (4 weekly 2 bi-weekly including YTD totals)
- Copy of W-2s and/or 1099's for last two years
- Copy of your present first mortgage payment coupon or statement
- Copy of your current declaration page (front) of homeowner (fire) insurance policy (please include your agent's name and phone number)
- For renters trying to buy a home, please furnish landlord’s name, address and phone number
- Copy of personal bank checking and savings accounts for two most recent months, if any
- Current Statements (stocks, IRA’s, Mutual Funds etc.), if any
- Clear crisp copy of driver license(s)
- If either borrower earns more than 25% of earnings from commissions, please advise
- If either borrower earns more than 25% of earnings from commissions, provide copy of last two years federal income tax returns (all pages)
- If either earner is retired or disabled, please advise
- If retired or disabled, provide disability or award letter(s), if applicable
- If non-resident, provide copy of resident alien card (both front & back)
FOR SELF-EMPLOYED APPLICANTS -
- Our online Internet loan application initialed and signed by borrower and co-borrower, if applicable.
- Copy of Business & personal bank checking account statements past 2 months
- Copy of current declaration page (front) of homeowner (fire) insurance policy (please include your agent's name and phone number)
- Copy of current statements (stocks, IRA’s Mutual Funds, etc.), if any
- Corporate or partnership and personal tax returns for the last two years
- All K-1s (if applicable)
- Copy of your present first mortgage payment coupon or statement
- Copy of business license for last two (2) years
- If non-resident, provide copy of resident alien card (both front & back)
- Copy of rental agreement(s) for any rental income property, if applicable
